Task Bar

It's for some unknown reason to me now running up the right hand of my screen and I want it back at the bottom again.
So how does one go about it please?

Click anywhere in the empty space (where theres no buttons/windows etc) on the taskbar and drag!

...and also then select the option to 'Lock the Taskbar' by clicking on an empty portion of it, to stop it happening again.
