According to the BBC TV regional news this morning, it was stated that they had indeed ceased trading.

Thanks passenger933 certainly would make sense.
First Eastern Counties look to have taken all of CT journeys above (the other operators listed have runs on these routes already)
Nick Field reports FE Dart 46186 N986EHJ as having being transfered to Ipswich for this. Service 71 starts/finishes at Leiston so thats around 50 dead miles a day; if FEC do have this I don't know how long it would last

Off peak service will now terminate at Woodbridge. Woodbridge rail station will now be served. For onward travel to Ipswich connections can be made with services including 165. Alternative services will operate through Kesgrave (service 165) and connections can be made to Ipswich. Bixley Farm will no longer be served, service 62 operates to this area.

Quote from: 165 AB
Peak journeys will be diverted in Kesgrave to serve Fentons Way. Off peak journeys will be following a new route replacing most of the route served by the current 71 service. Buses will serve additionally Martlesham Tesco and in Kesgrave, Fentons Way, Glanville Place, Edmonton Close and Cambridge Road.

Old 165 TT New 165 TT

Changes to timings are it arrives 1 minute later at either end. It leaves Ipswich 10mins earlier. Interesting to see it now does Ipswich Rail Station to Martlesham Heath Tesco after the 66 was chopped at the rail station
