Further to all the shareholder discontent back in late 2009 (see Forum topic Cosman makes bid for National Express Group, it seems that not all NatEX shareholders are happy despite an upbeat Third Quarter Interim Management Statement 2010 last October...

The Press Association reports 'Sale pressure' on National Express, though The Scotsman's City editor, Martin Flanagan, opines: US investor set to fail in move to force National Express sale.
