First - transforming telly
« on: September 20, 2011, 11:44:52 AM »
RRRiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiigghhtt... discuss!

No route number or destination - another Glasgow bus in Joan's book... also, the website claims their vehicles are ultra-reliabile.

Shame it's out on the day I get an apology letter from First (CC)!

4 point something less carbon than other buses? Is that because of a 5% biofuel or something?

Also, in the "directors cut", they claim it's a very Glee-style advert. Hmm, cashing in on the return of the show tonight in the US? Hmm. Of course not  ;D

For years they tell everyone that they aren't (just) Firstbus - and the advert shows firstbus.co.uk ....

... also,I would go and sample a First bus in our county - only thing is, they pulled the closest service to us (Route 33) twice now!

Typically I can't get the sodding thing to work properly. Click here... http://vimeo.com/29141668

What an awful advert. Of course, that might have something to do with me not liking Glee either.... 8)

I think they should have gone to Northampton to make the video, although I'm not sure if they're even aware of its existence! :P

Try Great Yarmouth. Today I saw them using an SLF mark 2 on service 2 on the number 8 route - whilst the people, who live on the Shrublands route that use the route, have to wait to use another bus behind it - supposing that's not run on the no 8 route instead - and they complain to both First and the local papers again and again that they have to wait hours for a use of a bus - and First, being First, never seem to listen/take note. Also, if that's not bad egnough, there are rumours flying around that they might stop operating that route completely.  GGGGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!! First, transforming travel. NOT!

I mean, why is it that, sometimes, - no matter how many times you tell them something - First never seems to listen or act on what was said? Also, First can really be shockingly bad sometimes - even in today's society.
