can some1 tell me how much it cost from stansted airport to chelmsford please as im head out that way in the summer time as im little bit puzzled on the price bit on the internet

Hi Chris.  Whereabouts on the internet are you looking?

From what I can gather, a return on the 42A service is £6.30.
Cant tell if this is valid on the faster (twice as fast) X30 journeys, maybe not.
The "All Essex" day ticket at £8.00 should cover it and would cover services in Chelmsford as well

All Essex and Essex Savers not valid on x30 but valid on 42 a.

How are you getting to Stansted?

If you are happy with the 5 to the Airport, then the 42A to Chelmsford (perhaps returning via Harlow or direct) you can ask for an Essex Saver on the 5 - £8.00 - valid on First too.

First's X30 fares are rather high, but double-check them a few weeks before, as they have changed at least once already this year.
