Does anybody know if there will be a gathering of vehicles at North Quay Retail Park (the site of what was ECW), as in previous commemorative events ?

I think there might be but not as part of the public event; ie just for the entrants but not sure when/if it is so

I went there with a couple of trips last year.

There is nothing to relate the location to ECW, so there was little interest once there.

What a great event it was today .   Lots of good stuff to see :):)   Great to see L1 & L263 there, but equally I was pleased to see the Bristol K of Ensignbus, which looked great.  The Lincolnshire series 1 Bristol VR, & the COMS series 2 VR caught my eye too, as indeed did ECOC's RL516,& RLE864.      JJT437N was a surprise, and great to see another series 2 VR there.   Oh, and a quick mention should be made of NAH135P, I've been trying to catch this one for ages, so it was great to have a couple of journeys on it today - its been a while since I had a trip on a Leyland engined VR !

Again, great day out, brillant number of visiting vehicles there - I  hadn't expected quite so many - and well organised journeys & timetables.

It was a pity the COMS VR wasn't used.

It would have made a great double act with RLE 864.

Some great sound effects - I particularly like BHN 80L (the bus shell Bristol RE).
