According to the Northamptonshire County Council website Country Lion has registered Route 23, Brackmills to Northampton Town Centre, so business commuters will not be left stranded by First's departure.

E6 CLN was being used on service 11 yesterday as well (this runs off-peak only, and fits in with the a.m./p.m. peak journeys on the 23). One of the yellow-liveried Olympian schoolbuses was used last week.
