Thebusway.info - missing timetables?
« on: January 29, 2014, 12:20:32 AM »
Thebusway.info is missing times of services to Chatteris and Ramsey, isn't it?

Or is it just me?

Edit: At the same time though, I was re-reading this http://www.cambridgeshire.gov.uk/NR/rdonlyres/7CEF7FC4-6E0C-4F51-A7E5-8D6D3714190D/0/BuswayusersurveySpring2012.pdf , and it is truly remarkable how far ahead of projections things are.  From the Feb timetable change Longstanton - Cambridge will be operating at really quite close to the level of peak time service that wasn't expected until the new developments had been completed!

Come on Whippet - put more guided buses on - don't lose out again on a lucrative route!

I don't really understand the purpose of Whippet's Busway services, in particular the D :-(

I guess they do make Whippet some money as the C service can be quite full at times. Not sure if the investment in the new buses pays off or not? Could do with some newer vehicles on other routes for sure.

It's a horrible position for Whippet to be in as they can't take the risk of entering leases for new vehicles they'd have no use for elsewhere if the Busway turned sour for them..

Found the timetable for the village As; it's in with the C.
