Today (31/03/14) in St Albans on the S4 and S5 in place of the usual pair of 13 plate Enviro 200s were Optare Solos MX57 UPE (S4) and MX58 KYT (S5).

 :) Yes saw this but from another bus. One seemed to be red and the other dual blue.
Despite St Albans notorious congestion and slow speeds they are making a good
job of their runnings on S4 and S5.

The vehicles are well suited to St A's conditions provided like S.1 the headways aren't
widened (too much?).

It's exactly one year since Redline took over in SA, so the two usual E200st are likely to be due for the annual test. That's priobably why they are absent today    Dave Stewart
