Registered office for Stagecoach East is also Daw Bank

Thanks for that. I think I have been confusing registered office with the operating license, haven't I?

Bedford, Cambridge, Peterborough, and Fenstanton all operate as Stagecoach Cambus, Cowley Road.

I was wondering if the same would apply to Norfolk Green.

No problems. I am not aware of any plans to cancel the Go West Travel licence and transfer it onto the Cambus licence at this stage, but am sure it will happen in the future.

As I understand it, 34639/40 and 47306 are permanent transfers to Norfolk from South, while 34630 is only a loan.

I believe allover white Dart 33382 is still about, but don't know about 33020.

I think the latest Tempo in Hampshire for refurb is 25121, but I could be making that up as I didn't note the number down  :-[

Further to this, 25121 is the latest to return (On the X29/X8 today) and 25125 is set to be back soon:

Former Norfolk Green Optare Solo 47881, which was withdrawn in 2014, is now at Stagecoach Carlisle as a non-pcv. It is named the infobus and visits local events and shopping areas giving out timetables and leaflets on local services.

Solo 47898 is the latest repaint - If that hasn't already switched the lightbulb in your head on, it was the "Absolutely" bus.

This has most probably been repainted at Bedford, which is the paintshop that Stagecoach East uses, rather than having travelled down to Winchester to be treated ??

Enviro 300 GX10 HBU has had a repaint back into Stagecoach corporate colours from the SG NG livery, surprised any of the Enviro 300s would be repainted so quick especially when their is other buses in the old old NG colours and with the Enviros being done last year

I was thinking the same too, I often wonder if there was any point having the "half and half" identity when it was so obvious it would all be stagecoach-ised the following year.

It is odd and if it had been a publicly owned company there would be cries of money being wasted.
Do not like the SG NG livery as it make the vehicles look drab

Would have been better to have white rather than silver still keeping the two tone green at the back like this one

Yes white would have been better.
I was also wondering if this is the first time that GX10 HBU has been out in full Stagecoach livery as when down Worthing they had a lot of 700 route branding

Ah, that's a good point.

Was the semi-Norfolk Green livery actually a 'modern Southdown' livery with vinyls/branding removed?

The white and green bus above is not a Norfolk Green bus, its a Stagecoach one from somewhere else not sure where

Stagecoach Oxford bus in that photo in the Hybrid livery.
Cumbria has a similar green livery which is applied to some buses in the Lakes for the 554/555 routes.  These are not hybrids.

Correct, I recognise three! A shame these strikes have gone ahead... What strikes me more is the "special fares" being put in place despite there being a full service!

The special fares are to make it easier for the managers/supervisors/controllers who will be drafted in to King's Lynn from other Stagecoach companies and is usual Stagecoach practice.

Makes you wonder whether the Enviro 300s are on their way out of Norfolk in the new year, they seem to be targeted for repaint before others for some reason

BUT, have you thought that its more sensible to repaint a vehicle thats actually STAYING ?? For instance, the Spectras (now non-standard within Stagecoach) days are numbered, along with one or two of the older Solos, therefore there is no point in wasting paint & time in repainting them ? No, I think you'll find the policy is to repaint the vehicles that are staying at K/Lynn, as quickly as they can, to have some conformity & to register the NEW identity to their customers. There must come a point soon, where certain older vehicles at K/Lynn, become too expensive to maintain/repair & the Fleet Engineer will ask for them to be replaced by NEW or newer vehicles.
