Dart 34589
« on: February 08, 2015, 08:13:05 PM »
Does anyone know what is the fate of Dart 34589 which was involved in an accident last year.

I ask because I saw an E200 which I thought was 37012 recently ( I could have been mistaken) this according to the Stagecoach handbook is allocated to Gloucester but I wondered if that WAS what I saw and it is a transfer in to replace 34589.

34589 has been authorised for disposal due the high cost of repairs. I believe an additional E200 to replace it may have been part of the bid for new vehicles for 2015/16.

18105 is already down for disposal. It's not just the fire damage, serious though that was. The fire started after the engine threw a piston so it is now considered to be beyond economic repair
