Up coming visit to NCT

Thought forum members who intend to go on the Nottingham trip might be interested in these couple of pictures I took in 1970 when I was still taking black and white pictures. - that's over 45 years ago!

DennisDart, these look as though they were taken at Trent Bridge depot.

Quite possible, memory is not too good, and my records are not that specific. I have got other depot pictures somewhere, but they may be early slides rather than b&W.

Thought I would post one more picture just to show what was around in 1970. Cannot remember what camera I took these with, nothing fancy either a Boots Beirette or a Yashica. Anyway don't think you will be seeing any of these in the city centre!

Probably not, more's the pity. Nottingham's not the same without its green and cream buses. (I hate route branding!)

Not the same either without the South Notts bus co of Gotham. I spent quite a bit of time in the Nottingham area photographing buses and if you can indulge me one more picture, on one of several visits to South Notts I photographed the 'scrap line' as evidenced in the picture below of a couple of them.
