Odd RRP sighting
« on: November 25, 2007, 01:39:58 PM »
On 24/11/07, I saw SullivanBus Trident/EL PJ 52 BYP heading away from Saffron Walden along the B1053 between Sewards End and Radwinter, showing "RRP" on its destination.  Can't recall if it had passengers ot not.

I find this curious, because the railways in the area that the bus was travelling into, closed years ago !

Regards
John Podgorski.

I take it that it may have been traveling to/from this Day Trip (see www.sullivanbuses.com -> Days Out for details)

SATURDAY 24 NOVEMBER

*GOLD TRIP*   SAFFRON WALDEN (MARKET DAY) & THE CHOCOLATE LADY OF STEEPLE BUMPSTEAD (ADVANCE BOOKING)   1,3

p.s. Not sure why it would have RRS/RRP on the destination though...?
