Alexander Dennis sold
« on: May 28, 2019, 06:04:41 PM »
I’ve seen this on another forum. Might be of interest to some people. Was a shock to me. Maybe Mr Souter now has some free money to purchase Arriva or parts of Arriva if it gets sold off??

This could be of concern.  Are these Americans just looking to strip the assets?  It could be another British Steel.

Should that be British Steal?

However, in this case I don’t think so because it’s a 50-50 merger.  And they’re  Canadians anyway.

I imagine that any such manoeuvre would get a pretty dusty response from the Competition and Markets Authority.
