Saturday I was lured out as 19701 was on the 4/10 circuit all day. I did 19706 on a 9 into town for 19701 to Tesco on the 1150 10 and back with it on the 1215 4. My bus home was 19698 on the 1315 81. I did notice 11279 on 5's and 15403 on a 50.

Today Bedford was basically a double deck service except for the 41's and 8. Also Kettering sent 39683 and 39685 on 50's.

I did 19701 into town on a 3 for 19888 to Fenlake and back on the 1212 / 1227 3's. I stayed with 19888 as it did the 1250 4 to Tesco and back on the 1304 10. I then did 19581 on the 1333 5 to Elms Farm and back to Queens Drive and walked to Aldi for 19890 on the 1435 7 into town. My bus home to London Road was again 19701 on the 1512 3 which I did to Fenlake and got off on the return. As it didn't do the 3 yesterday it was necessary to reel it in for the whole route. It must have enjoyed doing the Tesco routes Saturday that it was on them again today as well a the 3.

10055 was out on the 1 and 53 circuit with 19702.

On Monday I did 19888 on a 6 to go to Sainsburys but can't get used to going via the station. My treat back on the 0950 50 from Kettering was 47414 not ideal for social distancing.

Yesterday on my way home after a day out 10055 was seen on the 2200 4 but I had to settle for 37434 on the 2215 9.

Today I was withered for getting 21368 which would have been my 8th one when it arrived on a 41. Alas the 51 driver claimed he didn't know X5 buses so it was despatched empty to the garage apparently joining 37217 which the tracker claimed was in the garage. I was not pleased as 19704 was ripped from a 1 to do the 51 instead.

18108 did the 1036 50 and 39681 the 1136 50 whilst invisible 11279 and 11280 were both on 5's.

On Thursday I had 19581 to and from town on the 9 but in between I did 19700 on the 1050 10 to Goldington and returned with the 1115 4. It stayed out on these two routes all day.

18101 did the 0836, 1236 and 1716 50's whilst 39685 did the 1814 50. Other vehicles on the route were 15404, 15405, 19084 and 19108.

Arriva 3123 and 37060 took it upon themselves to use the bus station.

Today was another day of action for me starting with 19578 on the 1115 3 to Fenlake and back. I then did 19702 on a 6 to intercept 18108 at Sainsburys on the 1050 50 from Kettering. I then rejoined 19578 on the 1250 10 to Goldington and back on the 1315 4 and it stuck to the same 10 and 4 duties 19700 did yesterday. I went home again on 19581 on the 9.

I came back out after lunch to do 19893 on a 9B into town for 19702 on the 1459 4 to Goldington after coming off route 6. Naturally I did it back to town on the 1521 10. I stuck with it on the 1545 3 to Fenlake and got off at London Road on the way back to walk home.

19888 was again on the 4 and 10 circuit but was ripped after doing the 1115 4. 11279 was on Hitchin services and 11280 on 2's. The tracker showed 19577 on an X5 duplicate this morning and 39686 at Bedford garage if this was not a malfunction of the system.

Volvo B8RLE 21310 (BF65WKZ) was on the 5 this afternoon. Volvo B11RT 54304 (YX64WCG) was parked in the bus station with its new protection screen fitted. The towing companies will be looking forward to these useless vehicles returning to service

They may be required today as I viewed 54306 parked up in MK yesterday and the tracker claims it is in service today on 99's. Presumably this means the bus way things can start gradually going home. I also noted 27644 on a 99 yesterday so I am not sure why they are suddenly short of B8 vehicles.
