I got Stagecoach on excel I’m about half way going free now doing changes

What format is your data in currently, Chris?

I was wondering why stuff needed re-typing into Excell. I wondered if there was any way of partially automating the process.

Ok I don’t know what to do but I trying to help plus it bit different to put things to words plus not sure what things he wants

Hi, Caymen.

I’ve moved this to the Technical & Computer Support board, although I don’t know if anyone would have the time.

If you have data in a word document, or similar, there are are a number of video tutorials on-line for converting word to excel.

If, however, you’re starting from a printed list, you’d need to use some optical character recognition (OCR) software to speed the process. OCR Tools from mkanda is cheap, and brilliant!

PDF2Excel can convert PDFs to Excel.

If by Busview you mean the former computer programme- you can only copy one line at a time. (Or screenshot the lot).
