10010 on 29 today, first time I have seen a d/d on this route it since it started running, see it most days.

36013 out on driver training, seen it out quite a few times in last fortnight but first time i have been close enough to identify it.

19700 has had BEDFORD BUS branding removed.

36936 & 37218 are the final 2 ADL Enviro200's due the new livery.

:P bustimes is now reporting that 36936 started yesterday morning (17/06/21) in service at Bedford but by 3pm it was back in Peterborough on Citi 1 duties. Today it's still in Peterborough on 61/62/63 duties.

An item in ‘Coach and Bus Week’ magazine dated 5 October 2021 entitled ‘Stagecoach East’s X5 coach service to go double deck’ tells that ‘Ten ADL Enviro400MMCs (10872-81) from Peterborough have transferred to Bedford depot along with former Cambridge Park & Ride 10803 for the service’.

I was surprised that 'Coach and Bus Week' chose to show any fleet numbers at all in their report. I wouldn't have thought the readers of a magazine primarily for the industry (unlike 'Buses' which is primarily for the enthusiast) actually cared which buses were involved in such a transfer.

Whilst Coach & Bus Week started off as a trade mag I think they are trying to increase sales by attracting enthusiasts.  Nick Larking writes 'Heritage' pages each week and they also take in other enthusiast type articles,  Alan Payling has an article about coach travel in the 1950s this week. Unlike Routeone and Bus & Coach Buyer C&BW is available to buy in newsagents.

Changes to bus services in Peterborough due to staff shortages, come into effect on 24th Oct. Hope they will be putting d/d out on 2/3 as it tends to be a mix of s/d and d/d and the s/d are starting to become quite full. Link below giving details.
