Transfer in to Bedford?

Hi

Kettering's Alexander bodied Leyland olympian 14054 (H654 VVV) has been operating school contracts around Bedford and also had a stint on the V1 over the last couple of weeks.

Does anyone know if this is a transfer or a loan from Kettering?
