Heritage Tram Happenings 2021

Couldn’t find anywhere to post this but happened to notice the below in this months Railway Magazine (Feb 2021)

Not sure exactly the background on this story at this present time but it appears that some heritage teams have been or going to be evicted by Blackpool Transport from its Rigby Road premises

Sign of the times I am afraid, similar thing happening with preserved buses & coaches, with museums having to cut back due to Covid and private preservationists loosing storage facilities and or dying. With trams it will be more difficult as they need rails and with few tram based museums, (Crich,Santoft and EATM) already full, finding homes will be difficult.
