The email I was sent said Enviro 400MMC but the reg supplied seems to refer to the new E200MMC -  sorry less haste more true info

The latest E200 MMC enters service on March 1st as shown on the Delaine website.

Rather like the personalised Reg plate.

Is that double personalised (prefix and suffix)?

Did Delaine choose AD (rather than AE, etc) as well as the DBL?

Richard, The fleet list on the Delaine Buses website may be seen via this link:
http://www.delainebuses.com/Current%20Fleet%20List.pdf

For quite some time Delaine's new buses have featured 'AD-DBL' plates. There are three former Dublin Buses vehicles that carry registrations starting with 'AD' (AD51 DLD/DLE and AD56 DLD). Note the use of 'DLD' on two of those.

In addition to the obvious 'DBL' for Delaine Buses Limited I think there must be some family initials mixed in there somewhere. Anthony Delaine-Smith perhaps?

Thanks, David.

I had seen the PDF. I think it's great how the company add these little touches of pride, and are so enthusiast-friendly.

Similarly how Sam Larke posts
photos of vehicles he drives for Lynx, in picturesque settings on Twitter.

But I'm going off-topic here...

And another one, AD71DBL...

Delaine places new Enviro200 in service on first day of 71-plate

Delaine Buses has continued a longstanding tradition and placed a 71-plate bus into service on the first day of the new registration mark, 1 September, with the latest addition taking the form of an Alexander Dennis Enviro200.
