Can anyone tell me if/why my avatar is a bit streched please?  :)

I'm unsure, but its showing like it is...

Hello Damon,

Yes, it is.

The maximum size for an avatar file is 100 pixels wide by 150 pixels high - anything bigger, and the server will automatically resize it.

Mine's 100x75 (and something more norfolk-y now!) and it still doesnt work... any more ideas? :P

Best bet is use photo shop and try a crop it even if its full sized to the same aspect as it would be at 100x150 like this:
