Would not surprise me - sounds like they've done a "Andrew Pursey"!

I'd assume this is to "mop up" any bits that Stagecoach soon decide they don't want of Norfolk Green's operations....

As a hardened cynic, I have a prediction:

- Company mops up bits of NG Stagecoach doesn't want (like, for example, the bits of Cavalier NG took when Stagecoach didn't want them)
- Company grows
- Company is bought by Stagecoach
- Rinse and repeat.

Steve Challis was a previous MD of Konnectbus before Julian Patterson, having formed it in 1999 with
Andrew Warnes. I think they previously worked for Eastern Counties.

Correct, Steve Challis was Julian Patterson's depot manager when they both worked for First Eastern Counties, they left to set up Konectbus together. Believe Steve retired about a year or two ago.

Concessionary passes valid from 09.30 Monday to Friday. But any such Cardholder travelling before the normal validity of the pass can purchase a Child rate ticket.

Theres more info on LinkyYork's post (above, many thanks) which I've merged into this, retitled thread, to reflect the legal name – 'Coastal Red' Ltd – and the trading name – 'Lynx'.

Not sure where to put this.

The website is certainly very professional looking. Timetables, fares, FAQ's, 'About Lynx' etc etc

Fleet list shows four Optare Tempo buses (fleet numbers 1/2/4/5 - with no number 3) and a Plaxton Premiere Interurban bodied Volvo B10M coach (fleet number 30).
